Don’t use this business for Will matters. They can’t handle the process, and charge for their incompetence. I have requested copies of the documents they have charged us for, but their not willing to provide (think about that…). I also asked for timesheet reports to understand where the effort was spent, to which I was told they don’t track time. Considering they are paid on an hourly basis (not lump sum) you would expect proof of time booked, or at least justification of effort. If they admit to not tracking time, it’s safe... read more
