CARTS is a great service to have however I believe that there could be a lot of improvements made. They don't seem to care about making much of a community impact because they could definitely be doing more to qualify for and apply for transportation grants that assist low income families and help those in need purchase monthly passes to get outside of the Taylor area to find work. I absolutely love carts now. There are a few drivers that I want to recognize for their terrific customer service and exquisite people skills. Glenn who drives in Taylor Texas is wonderful! He is such a great driver and it is a delight to be his passenger. I always have a big smile on my face when I see Glenn's name pop up on the screen as my driver. He is the best!
