I used to ride the Carts buses so many years ago and never had to experience what I have to deal with in all my life. The drivers and staff are very friendly until recently. The driver for Route 2 and 3 is extremely rude. All I want to do is get home after a long day at work knowing I have to wait for Route 5 since I work out by the outlets and when I get off at the station I just want to be able to hop on the route I need to get home. Pickup point for Flixbus & Greyhound residents of San Marcos, the facility is modern and very spacious.
Well designed facility that has Carts, Greyhound, regional, and local bus transport... AND an Amtrack station, all in one place. Facility is clean and modern and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you need to get somewhere or are traveling to central Texas (Austin, San Antonio, etc.,) and not on a plane, this is your way to go in San Marcos, Texas. ( Our daughter used Carts and Greyhound to get to North Alabama, she hates to fly. She loved the trip...)
If I could give a zero star I would most of the bus drivers that are male are a bit rude and always late to the stops not once have they been consistent or on time for their scheduled stops and I understand that they drive a lot but also If they are getting payed to do so . why not follow basic procedures. I’ll also make sure to show a live tracker and their schedule so you know I’m not being a prick. Been here since 230 haven’t seen the bus pass by or update on the tracker
