I used to ride the Carts buses so many years ago and never had to experience what I have to deal with in all my life. The drivers and staff are very friendly until recently. The driver for Route 2 and 3 is extremely rude. All I want to do is get home after a long day at work knowing I have to wait for Route 5 since I work out by the outlets and when I get off at the station I just want to be able to hop on the route I need to get home.
