Just hope you never have to call the office for any reason, 1st they Never answer the phones every extention is a voicemail and if someone does happen to answer they do so with an attitude WORST TRANSPORTATION SERVICES I'VE EVER USED
They won't help you no matter how much money you have and can offer. Even less likely if you don't have insurance, most of the time it's a man picking up if you're not redirected and he's super rude. There's never anything open and there is always an excuse as to why they can't pick you up even if you call in 4-7 days in advance. Prejudice too, as the lady who I last spoke with denied to talk to me because she thought "I didn't sound like I had insurance" and hung up on me.
