They DONT read/ REFUSE to read your schedule when you start/finish work. 1. They come to your house 2 hrs to 3 hrs early in the morning. (I have afternoon shifts). My job is in town. 2. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and blame it on you. 3. They treat you as if you're mentally challenged/ talk to you like a baby. 4. They only care about the money. 5. They should monitor these drivers because they speed and drive over the speed limit. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.
you’ll have better luck getting your loved one where they need to be by putting them in a shopping cart, closing your eyes, and pushing it in any direction then you would getting a ride from this company. If your company has a complaint line as well, then it’s time to reevaluate your business. Lack of effort, caring, and a HUGE WASTE OF TIME. Go somewhere else if you love your family member.
Don't know how to answer the phone
Just hope you never have to call the office for any reason, 1st they Never answer the phones every extention is a voicemail and if someone does happen to answer they do so with an attitude WORST TRANSPORTATION SERVICES I'VE EVER USED
