Whatever you do stay far away from this place. I bought my house 14 years ago and my wife passed away so I’m a single father of two kids now. After she passed I fell behind in my payments I emailed the bank numerous times asking how much I could pay to keep it and got no response. With. Wru little notice and before I could stop it my house was foreclosed on. I actually am in awe of the above and BEYOND customer service provided by Bridget today. The kindness and care given to me, who is someone settling an account for a deceased family member and not close enough to have my own account - is something rare. If you're lucky enough to have this bank near you - you should absolutely have an account here! You will be in very competent and caring hands!
