DelWeb "Active" adult community lives up to it's claim. There are many clubs and scheduled events at the Buckland Clubhouse. If there is not a group that interests you - - establish one. All are welcome. All are engaging. There is something for everyone.
My Castle Rock model offers a single floor living space plus a basement. I've had few issues with the construction of my home and all have been minor. Pulte has addressed my concerns promptly and to my satisfaction. Some railroad noise and highway traffic may affect other residents more than me, as I have a backyard facing a greenbelt. Activities offered at the clubhouse are many and varied. There's something for everyone. Since we're all new here, we love walking our dogs, which helps us make new friends easily!
Everyone, EVERYONE, involved in purchasing the Del Webb Carter's Mill home from sales, to construction manager, to mortgage, to title, to moving support from their Tailored Mover partner, to anyone else I forgot was very professional, friendly, helpful, transparent, communicative.
We are more than satisfied and very happy to be living in this great Del Webb community of Carters Mill. The Bluemont Villa we chose to purchase is perfect for our needs at this point in our lives and we would definitely recommend this 55+ lifestyle community to anyone who qualifies.
