Ray is a good, honest, hard working guy who is keen to help people maintain their bikes and ride more. Thank you for supporting Loop the Lake.
I went in to get my injured girlfriends wheel chair fixed. Ray quickly fixed both tyres without charging anything for labour which I was happy to pay for. Later that day when one of the tyres punctured I had to return back and Ray changed the tube (puncture was due to internal spoke sticking out) FREE of cost - even after I insisted on paying for it. for a small business these are qualities unheard of. I would be bringing all our 4 bikes for service repairs to him only now on.
