Rude and mean behavior by sales staff, avoid this place.
I am truly disappointed with the service I received from someone who works at this store! I bought newborn clothes there, and I didn't use them on my baby because she was born big and the clothes were too small. I went to the store to return them, and the very rude woman said I couldn't return them because I had washed them. The return policy doesn't mention anything about washing, only about "Unused." Who buys newborn clothes to take to the hospital and doesn't wash them beforehand? How am I supposed to know the exact size ... read more
Manager was very rude during a return. There is a way to talk to customer even if returns are not accepted for whatever reason. I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is everything for any buisness.
