Manager was very rude during a return. There is a way to talk to customer even if returns are not accepted for whatever reason. I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is everything for any buisness.

I came in today for some last minute Christmas shopping. I was happy with the selection of clothes. Carol was very helpful with sizing and pointing out sales. I really appreciated the time she spent with me and her advice. The entire store staff was friendly and nice. I don't buy a lot of kids clothes but I'm definitely coming back.
