Workers here are always talking in a group and never anywhere to be found when you have a question or need to check out. I was in there trying to return an UNWORN item and the "assistant manager" accused me of washing it and that it was "still wet and smelled like fabric softener". It's been sitting in the bag since 4 days ago. Completely lazy and horrible customer service. I'll definitely be warning others of this store and carters in general.
