We were in Branson last week and visited the Tanger Outlet Mall. EVERY store honored my Military Veterans ID EXCEPT Carter’s!!!!! I was informed that I couldn’t NOT be given a military discount because I had a spouse ID card, and my husband was not with me. WHAT!?!?! My husband served 23+ years. My son served 22+ years. I have 10 other family members who served. I informed her that this was the ONLY store or restaurant I had been to in Branson who refused to give a discount. She told me this was store policy. The staff treats you like dirt when you want to make exchanges after getting duplicate gifts from a baby shower. The manager deserves to be demoted and the staff need lessons in customer service. I highly recommend just going across the street to Macy’s to buy the carter brand because they treat you so much better and like a valued customer!
