Not a very good selection for toddlers also I can’t get over how there are no carts provided. EVERY kids store should provide a cart to help mom or dad shop. It is so hard to shop with a baby on your hip or having a toddler running around touching everything. Please help the parents out and provide carts!

The cashier told me that the person paying was required to enter a phone number to complete the purchase. I provided it because she made it sound mandatory. I later learned that a phone number is not required for payment. My receipt showed that the purchase had been connected to a customer profile without a clear explanation. I felt pressured and misled, and this practice needs to be addressed.
I'm a royal customer for Carter's. But what we have been through today is awful. The ladies who work there are so rude and mean, extremely disrespectful and they don't know their work. If they don't like their job then they need to find another one. I will stop shopping from this location for ever and I will encourage my family and friends too.
