Visited this location as I needed a cute outfit for my newborn grandbaby. Celebra was very helpful.
JOY is not a great person to talk to, she was not helpful at all, she doesn’t have any skills to treat with customers, no smiles, no enthusiasm, no desire to work, always with a bad face. I still coming to this Carter because is the closest one for me. Otherwise I wont come if she still in charge of the store.
