Carterr’s credit card has been one of the worst financial experiences I’ve had. Every month, new charges and fees appeared that didn’t seem applicable. We even stopped using the card, yet a small fee was added, followed by a late fee on that charge. I have other credit cards, including Macy’s and Old Navy, and have never experienced anything like this. I will be closing this account and will not use their credit card again. I do not recommend this company.
I love coming here, but it’s frustrating when I visit on a Sunday expecting them to be open by 10 am, as that’s the time they list online. However, when I call to confirm, I’m told they don’t open until 11 am. It seems that the hours for this location have changed, despite what the corporation states.
Sizing is extremely inconsistent and size guides are incorrect. Employees at this location follow you around and watch you as if you’re going to steal. They’re also extremely pushy about signing up for their credit card. There are plenty of surrounding stores where I can peacefully shop for my daughter instead.
Carters itself a great company. The staffs are also sweet in Waterford Lakes. But be aware about their Comenity Credit Card. I had paperless statement and somehow it got lost in the email. Therefore, I have paid a total of $61.29 ($55.29 of late fees and $6 of interest) in less than 3 months just for $29.43 balance.
