I've been shopping at Carter’s for years for my children, but I’ve consistently had unpleasant experiences with the staff and manager at this location. Whether I’m returning items from an online order or making an in-store purchase, the customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. Tried to return an item that was under 90 days and the manager was nasty and tried to tell me it was past 90 days despite counting the physical calendar days of purchase. Didn't even try to bypass the obvious computer error and proceeded to continue to be nasty. Will never purchase from Carters again. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE DUE TO NASTY SERVICE
