I like that they keep changing and maintain the good price.
I’m really not surprised to see so many 1 star reviews. Something is not being managed correctly at this location because I never face these issues at other Carters locations. The customer service here is incredibly poor. The people who work here argue with you as if it’s your fault they aren’t doing their jobs correctly. I think this needs to be looked into.
Customer is poor. The employees here have terrible attitudes. Order Pick up is always a hassle. If you give them your name and ID for pick up then they say that’s not enough they need to see the email too and scanning the app barcode is not enough. They don’t know how to use the carters app or anything related to the carters app. When I expressed my frustration that we should be able to pick it up with our name and the ID should be enough and that it’s always an issue for picking items specifically at this carters location o... read more
