Don't shop here! This store has gone downhill from customer service to organization! The unprofessionalism in this store is beyond me. I've been a loyal customer for several years since I had my first son however my last two experiences at this store did it for me! It's a shame when management is even horrible. Over the years I've recommended many friends family co-workers to shop there but after this last experience, I'll make sure I let everyone know not to ever shop there again.
I will not go back this place anymore! I bought a lot clothes for my kids, my son is on size 4, one of the pants i bought shrinked after i washed it and inside seam is not straight either, once i found out it has problems, i go back with them in the store right away, they will not let me return it or switch it either, the worker did not even say sorry or anything, just said you washed it and we have policy can not return if you washed!! I always wash all the new clothes before i let my kids wear it. It is so ridiculous!!
Love this place for my kids. Always polite. Always have something extra when I'm in there that I get and what I want. Tons of sales too. Clothes are adorable.
