When I was checking out, the lady asked me if I would like to save 30% on my purchase by applying for a Carters' credit card. I agreed and applied for the card. Then she rang up my purchases and there was no discount. Another worker informed me that I will need to come back with the receipt once I receive the card, and they will refund 30% of my purchase at that time. Going back to this store will be a 3 hour round trip for me and is not worth my time and gas in order to receive the discount. They need to make it clear that ... read more
