I wanted to thank Amber at the Woodstock outlet store for all the help, she gave me and also helping me pick out the cutest clothes for my great grandbaby, Amber was kind and courteous and very helpful. She was so happy to help me find everything that I needed for my great grandbaby. I will definitely be back. And by the way, she helped me open an account here. Store was clean and store associates were pleasant
The old lady forced the credit card upon us, lied to us they we could sign up to get rewards points by using our social and then forced the payment through the credit card. This is deceptive
My toddler and I went to Carter’s today to stock up on summer clothes. As soon as we walked in the door, we were kindly welcomed by an employee. She introduced herself as Brandy. She was awesome. She brought out a coloring sheet for my kiddo and was so kind. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. The store was also super organized and well stocked.
