There are so many amazing things to say about the clothing at this store, but the most amazing thing are the employees at this location! (Webb Ginn) I came in the store with 3 kids and two of them were extremely clingy and didn’t want to be let down. Yes, fa I was stuck carrying two small children around the store. I’ve been going to this location since 2021 and never had a bad experience until this year. I shop here every 2 to 3 months to buy clothes for my toddler and newborn. During my last visit, I was at the checkout line trying to ask a question, and I believe the manager's name was Becky. The customer service was very disrespectful. I usually enjoy shopping at Carter’s and feel welcomed by most of the associates at this location — they’re kind, helpful, and make the experience enjoyable. However, there’s one older white cashier who always makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her energy is off — cold, dismissive, and frankly, she gives off a racist vibe. I usually shop online but I decided to check the store out. I was addressed as soon as I walked in and the associate guided me to where I need to look for my son’s clothes. Check out was quick and friendly. I rarely go to this area so I don’t think I’ll be back for a long time but it was a pleasant experience. My 3yr old liked “shopping” for himself! Pretty average prices for better quality clothing.
