I usually enjoy shopping at Carter’s and feel welcomed by most of the associates at this location — they’re kind, helpful, and make the experience enjoyable. However, there’s one older white cashier who always makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her energy is off — cold, dismissive, and frankly, she gives off a racist vibe. I usually shop online but I decided to check the store out. I was addressed as soon as I walked in and the associate guided me to where I need to look for my son’s clothes. Check out was quick and friendly. I rarely go to this area so I don’t think I’ll be back for a long time but it was a pleasant experience. My 3yr old liked “shopping” for himself! Pretty average prices for better quality clothing.

I was waiting outside of the store this morning with another woman at 10:55 AM. The manager came and opened the door at 10:58 and let the woman I was standing with in and I was following behind her, walking towards the door. After the other woman was let in the woman looked me in my eyes and closed to the door in my face and said “we’re still closed” very rude with no explanation. Worst customer service ever! I don’t recommend to go. They always have attitude with you for no reason. Why go to work if you don’t like your job? And they judge you by the way you look. Never coming back
