So organized, which made for a pleasant shopping experience. Jennifer was so helpful and welcoming. I’ll be shopping at this location again. I’m also loving the organics and 100% cotton items. Much appreciated! This mom approves.
I have enjoyed going to this location for proximity and have never had issues in the past. I’m a firm believer that if you work in a place involving children you need to be kid-friendly and patient. I have been there twice in the past few months and both times the associates have been aggressive and somewhat rude when they ask me about my carters account and my children. I don’t think I will be returning here as it seems like people of other skin colors get treated different.
Great selection but the customer service was a bit… aggressive. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. Ok fine. And then a few minutes later approached again by someone else and told about their rewards program. After that we were approached every few minutes. It was a bit excessive. Great sales!
There are so many amazing things to say about the clothing at this store, but the most amazing thing are the employees at this location! (Webb Ginn) I came in the store with 3 kids and two of them were extremely clingy and didn’t want to be let down. Yes, fa I was stuck carrying two small children around the store. Yes, I could’ve pick another day( kid free) to do my shopping but this was an emergency.
