Had a great selection of clothing for babies and Elizabeth was extremely courteous and helpful.
Tuttle created an amazing experience for my family- friendly and all smiles during a busy holiday season! They took the time to personally deliver items to my vehicle and respond to each of my kiddos with smiles and holiday cheer. Its a 30min+ drive for us to this location and I won't hesitate to continue doing business here because of today's experience! Thank you, Tuttle!

I had a disappointing first experience at Carter's store in Brier Creek. I went to the store to return an item purchased online. When I walked in, the cashier didn't acknowledge me, but she greeted another customer who walked in seconds after me. That was the first red flag. If I had to guess, she was triggered when she saw the blue Carter's shipping bag and automatically knew I was there to return an item.
