Always have a good experience here with in store purchases or in store pickup. The staff is nice and the store is very neat and clean.
Im just here to give Ms. Holly a shoutout. Last weekend I went in the store to get my niece a cooler outfit to wear that day and Ms. Holly was gracious enough to allow me to change her in the store. She provided excellent customer service. Thank you again!
Overall we have positive experiences with staff and the staff are wonderful. The issue is this store runs heavy fragrances all the time. It is nauseating and anything you buy here will be heavily fragranced, which seems insensitive to do to baby clothes, people tend to be more careful with chemicals on their children’s clothes. I try to plan ahead and order things to ship to home instead of buying in store. The fragrances are so heavy it is headache inducing, even if you’re only in for a few minutes.
