The Hispanic guy and the lady working there were very nice and they we’re always offering their help thank y’all
This will most likely be the last time I come visit, I walked into Carter’s and didn’t get greeted, which was fine I didn’t think nothing of it because I just assumed they were busy. Another lady came in right after me and just to be clear it was a caucasian lady with her family. The lady that works there seen us walked didn’t say anything but she WELCOMED the other lady with so much joy and excitement. So now I’m thinking was it because I was Mexican so she felt the need to greet us?? Very unprofessional
Holly was amazing, so helpful, and patient.
Always have a good experience here with in store purchases or in store pickup. The staff is nice and the store is very neat and clean.
