This store is quite unique because every single time I have visited I have been treated very rudely by the staff. They almost always greet me but then nothing after that. At checkout they don't even look at me and are irritated at any questions and not helpful. Some kind of superiority complex going on. I've heard Carter's is shutting down a lot of stores. With how they treat customers it's not a surprise. The experience at this store is a shame because the clothing is good. Target is a much better experience.
Been going here since before my daughter was born, almost 3yrs ago. But I feel like they're designs aren't as cute anymore. To top it off a few weeks ago I took my 2.5 yr old there to pick out some new clothes and she said she had to go potty. Like oh no i have to go now. I scooped her up, turned and asked the sales lady if they had a potty we could use and she went into this long speech about how we had to go to tj maxx. Staff does not acknowledge customers. Blonde cashier just stares without speaking.
Terrible customer service!! Christine was super nice selling me the items. However, when I went to return the items I bought, she was not nice at all! Quite rude, she was handling them with anger, very annoyed. Did not warn me the refund was going to be on a gift card, instead of the original payment. Anyways, it was just not a good experience. I have never been treated like that when returning an item.
