Been going here since before my daughter was born, almost 3yrs ago. But I feel like they're designs aren't as cute anymore. To top it off a few weeks ago I took my 2.5 yr old there to pick out some new clothes and she said she had to go potty. Like oh no i have to go now. I scooped her up, turned and asked the sales lady if they had a potty we could use and she went into this long speech about how we had to go to tj maxx. Staff does not acknowledge customers. Blonde cashier just stares without speaking.
Terrible customer service!! Christine was super nice selling me the items. However, when I went to return the items I bought, she was not nice at all! Quite rude, she was handling them with anger, very annoyed. Did not warn me the refund was going to be on a gift card, instead of the original payment. Anyways, it was just not a good experience. I have never been treated like that when returning an item.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Decent selection of clothing.
