Terrible customer service!! Christine was super nice selling me the items. However, when I went to return the items I bought, she was not nice at all! Quite rude, she was handling them with anger, very annoyed. Did not warn me the refund was going to be on a gift card, instead of the original payment. Anyways, it was just not a good experience. I have never been treated like that when returning an item.

Came in with my 2 daughters today and asked for help. Was not greeted, sales person was not helpful and didn't do anything to offer help. I needed to exchange 4 items and asked about sizing help. She said the sizes run how they run and did not offer any other suggestions other than ordering online which is annoying. My wife and I just visited here to return some items from our baby shower and encountered some very pleasant staff. Kate in particular had a fun personality and was very helpful!
