My daughter, mother and I came in today to do some shopping on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The store was clean and offered a good variety of items for my granddaughters who are 2 months and 2 years of age, however the blonde woman who “helped” us, was less than helpful. She was condescending and rude when asked if a particular item came in a needed size. I definitely did not expect that sort of behavior from a grown adult. I hope this was just an “off” day for her.
Love this store, especially when they’re running sales, also works great to order online and pick up in store!
I was turned away due to no mask. There is no city mask mandate any longer. But this store turned me away. This should be my choice not a requirement In order for me to purchase items. Sorry but won't ever shope your Carter stores again.
