Save your money and go somewhere else. Everything is overly priced. I came to make some returns from my baby shower and they only wanted to give me $8 back in return and bc I had no receipt (because they were gifts) I had to shop right there and then. The lady seemed rude and unapologetic while I was being kind to her. Will not be coming back.

Worst experience ever the store refused to return an item after two weeks of purchase despite that I have the receipt they said because I did not have the tag and I might used the shoes. After reading the policy and consulting customer service they said they were wrong and making stuff up. I was able to return the item after a hassle and wasting my time.

An EARLY morning shopping trip to Carter’s to buy some walking shoes for my great-great nephew who will soon be a year old. We got there as the store was opening, so there wasn’t a crowd only a few people shopping in the store. This was my first time visiting the store. I went in yesterday and I got one items, most of my items were on sale, so I get to the register and it's $81.00, she says do you want to apply for a card to get $20 off today? I say yes, I answered all the questions, but it was still $81.00, I said "You said I'd get $20 off if I applied. She said "if you're approved ", which she didn't say before. I don't know why I wasn't approved. And I got a short off of a rack that was supposed to be $6, she charged me $11.99, but it was on the $6 rack. Won't be going back.

while i did enjoy the store, i didn't enjoy my shopping experience at all. i felt rushed, watched, followed in behind and under pressure while shopping.
