We didn’t feel welcomed after Hannah had told everyone welcome in but us, say what you will but that’s truly disrespectful!The selection was not there either, we got a few pieces for our twins however! The whole feel of this place and how cramped it was just threw us all the way off, I do not think we will be supporting this business again.
Love shopping here! There is always a sale or deal going on and usually a pretty good one. I love the $5 deals they do. The store is always clean and organized, staff was pretty nice, cashier seemed anxious to hurry through the checkout but other than that, always a great option for children’s clothing.
Save your money and go somewhere else. Everything is overly priced. I came to make some returns from my baby shower and they only wanted to give me $8 back in return and bc I had no receipt (because they were gifts) I had to shop right there and then. The lady seemed rude and unapologetic while I was being kind to her. Will not be coming back.
Worst experience ever the store refused to return an item after two weeks of purchase despite that I have the receipt they said because I did not have the tag and I might used the shoes. After reading the policy and consulting customer service they said they were wrong and making stuff up. I was able to return the item after a hassle and wasting my time.
