One of the fleets drove straight thru my yard today. I guess their drivers don't respect people's property. I called in and the dispatch operator downplayed it and tried to make excuses instead of apologizing. I will assess the damage and get a quote you will be hearing from my legal team for the repair.
Can't beat the prices. Dispatch is great along with the drivers. Thank y'all for providing this service.
I think I have this figured out. It is not about helping you, or me, or granny. This is a bunch of guys with grant money, trying to spend it to justify more funding. They really don't care about the service they provide. It's about the money. It is necessary to so many of us and that's what makes this a sad review to write.
