Their service is sub par. They have a horrible scheduling system. The dispatch Jan had the driver pick me up at 6:30 in the morning for an 8am appointment. The physical therapy office was open yet. I told the driver and he stated that he didn't know what to tell me. He then called dispatch and told them that I said the office wasn't open and that I wasn't getting off. They need more drivers I went grocery shopping and had to wait 2 hours for them pick me back up ridiculous it’s not like their busy because when they pick you up your the only person on the bus! PLEASE HIRE MORE DRIVERS SO PEOPLE DON’T HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY TO BE PICKED UP !

We use the service to get to flights to and from RDU. Safe, comfortable and removes the hassle of driving and parking at a very reasonable price. Drivers are friendly and personable. We've recommended CCATS to many friends.
