I think I have this figured out. It is not about helping you, or me, or granny. This is a bunch of guys with grant money, trying to spend it to justify more funding. They really don't care about the service they provide. It's about the money. It is necessary to so many of us and that's what makes this a sad review to write.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I literally can’t say enough about how remarkable my experience has been with this entire team. I live in Havelock and I’m a single mom of a 19-year-old daughter, Ava, who just started at Carteret Community College. Their service is sub par. They have a horrible scheduling system. The dispatch Jan had the driver pick me up at 6:30 in the morning for an 8am appointment. The physical therapy office was open yet. I told the driver and he stated that he didn't know what to tell me. He then called dispatch and told them that I said the office wasn't open and that I wasn't getting off. They need more drivers I went grocery shopping and had to wait 2 hours for them pick me back up ridiculous it’s not like their busy because when they pick you up your the only person on the bus! PLEASE HIRE MORE DRIVERS SO PEOPLE DON’T HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY TO BE PICKED UP !
