Absolute worst customer service representative ever. My fiancé spoke to a woman named "Kim Smith." She yelled at him on the phone, and was very degrading and mean. They were also supposed to give him a call back over a week ago, and we heard nothing back from them until WE called them. They really hire the worst people.

I spoke with a lady today for help with an account. I recently moved out of my apartment and the apartment complex “works with them” and sent over my account. I spoke with them and they said they don’t see my account, I left a voicemail two weeks ago and they never got back. I called today 4/23/26. At 1152am.
