Terrible experience ordering cabinetry through here for our custom build. Took over four months of radio silence to even get back initial drawings that had none of the details we sent to them. Builder apologized many times and even said we should have gone with someone else.
We’ve been ordering from Carter lumber for many years now and have always had a pleasant experience! We recently ordered a lumber package to be delivered to our home and Zach, the salesman was extremely helpful and Todd the delivery man was professional when dropping the materials to our home.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about Timber Tech and decking rails. Definitely felt better talking to them than H.D. and Lowe’s. Will go there again! I will recommend them.
I wish I could put a negative star. Messed up 3 different orders when building a house. Was very difficult to deal with. Horrible place to do business. Try waste your time using them to building anything especially a house. Nothing but a headache!
