Lumber stuff very helpful people
Awful customer service. Cabinets were delivered damaged. Carter lumber was not helpful and made promises they did not fulfill. Would not recommend using Carter Lumber for any project ever. The designer was nice, but that is where it ended. Carter Lumber never checked the Kraftmaid cabinets, they just loaded and delivered. Upon checking with other local cabinet suppliers this is something they always do…check the cabinets to make sure it is all correct before being delivered to the customer. Carter did not check. Getting a lumber quote for the 4500 SQFT house I am currently managing (May-July 2024) was a nightmare for me. After several weeks of missed deadlines, I finally gave up. I never heard back from them. During my conversation with their sales manager, all I got was that they were in the middle of their busy season.
