Kudos to Martin for his assistance with a recent window problem. I contacted Carter Lumber to request a service appointment due to a problem with a Jeld-Wen window. He was responsive and understanding and within a day, I was contacted by Nathan who fixed the problem that day. Not only was the broken window repaired, he made a preemptive fix on another identical window. Both men were courteous and efficient. They both went above and beyond to assist. A wonderful experience all the way around!
Mr. Todd and Mr. Adam hooked me up! The glass on my storm door took a beating from strong west winds and snow. They did an amazing job and are a great duo. Todd is a man of few words while Adam is friendly and polite. Both are excellent when it comes to exterior facing doors and windows. Thanks to them, my exterior facing kitchen door looks normal again.
