Worked with Carter Lumber when ordering cabinets for a custom home. The first meeting where we completed all of our selections went well but from there everything was down hill. We selected upper doors that were supposed to be arched, as was shown in the renderings that were sent to us. The wrong doors were ordered and installed, mistakes happen I get it. Fast and easy purchase of wood. I bought more than I needed and the return was equally fast and easy. The men at the front desk were helpful and informed.
From now on I will be going elsewhere. They Never have any wood that I need.They are always Out of it . This is about the fifth time.I have tried to go there.My company will be going elsewhere from now on
So much faster and friendlier than the lowes depots!
