They got my 6x6 Pressure Treated 12ft timber delivered and played in my driveway within the same week as calling in the delivery. They gave me military/veteran discount as well. When the flat was actually pulled up, it only took one guy and about 7 minutes for him to drop it in my driveway exactly where I asked him to. Worked with Carter Lumber when ordering cabinets for a custom home. The first meeting where we completed all of our selections went well but from there everything was down hill. We selected upper doors that were supposed to be arched, as was shown in the renderings that were sent to us. The wrong doors were ordered and installed, mistakes happen I get it.
