Good Located near downtown Hopkins, it is easy to get to and more than enough street parking. The secretary who works there is very helpful and friendly, as most are. Carter does a satisfactory job. Not having a lot of legal experience it is hard to judge how well he rates with other lawyers so I expect he ranks about average based on my experience. He makes sure to cover all the details of what needs to be done which is important. Rates are comparable to other legal firms in the area
