Mrs. Jones handled my custody case. Although my case was handled the ball was dropped on a couple of thing. Communication was not the best at times and call backs seemed to take longer than I would’ve liked. My bill was rather high compared to the actual work I felt she did. I hired them March of 2020 paid in full what was asked when I hired Angela Carter and here it is 2021 I’m out of $3,000 and they lied after lie regarding my case a simple TPR now I have had to file a grievance with the state bar save yourself don’t use her or her bother to represent you . I called the office over 8 times to get a copy of my case paperwork and still nothing due to them locking me out of the client case app they use but I was smart enough to screenshot all my messages so now I have a interview with ABC eyewitn... read more
