The audiologist was very professional and informative.
Grace was very friendly and professional.
Not sure that these are working to my benefit. I had them adjusted because of swishing background sounds on in the restaurant mode. Now I have that sound in EVERY mode! I think I would rather put up with the tinnitus instead. It drives me nuts!! I even have the volume turned way down to 20 & below.
Picked up my hearing aids today. I was very well informed about the installation, usage and upkeep of my new hearing aids.
Grace, the audiologist, is very knowledgeable and informative. She makes me feel very comfortable to discuss my hearing needs!
