Met with a guy named Matt I think. He never introduced himself. He wasn’t very friendly, very business like. I wanted to compare Carter Hearing with another competitor. He didn’t give me the chance. I guess my insurance only allows a client to go to one company. I didn’t know that. After the hearing test he checked the computer and said that my benefit was moved to another company since I went there first. He told me to go get my hearing aids there, they are all the same.
Matt is an excellent audiologist. He was patient and to the point of my visit. Cater Hearing has the best people working for them.
Dr Matt is excellent to work with and is incredibly professional and personal. He takes very good care of my husband.
I had a very great experience there. As Matt was very spot on in doing. My hearing test as well explained. All options to help me to be able to get a set. Of their hearing aids. I highly recommend going here. I really appreciated how he was able. The way he had me to do the test. Thanks So Much , Donna Stayner
