Over the past few years my experience with Carter has declined greatly and is only getting worse. Atms barely ever work correctly, tellers have mishandled checks, and the customer service is atrocious. You're much better off going to barksdale Federal credit Union
If I could leave a zero, I would!!! This bank is horrible and they take money out of your account without your permission or knowledge!! Lawsuit waiting to happen!! I would never refer anyone to this bank...pure trash!!! The tellers are nice though!!
I recently had a personal emergency and I’m very grateful for this particular branch and the great customer service/professionalism provided by Emily. She was prompt, understanding, helpful, and overall made my day by actually assisting me with my specific problem. I had called multiple locations in Shreveport and spoken to different service representatives, to no avail. It reached a point where I realized I was essentially being given the run around.
