I used Mr Carter for a couple of years after my old attorney retired from public service. I'm giving him 1 Star now because he left loose ends on case with my daughter. I didn't even get a phone call to my children when I used him again. I swapped attorneys and fired Mr Carter after that. I now have full custody of my 2 Children with the help of better legal advice. Douglas may be good for some issues but not all.
