I repeat do not bank with these people. They are so extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I don’t care how long they’ve been in business. I have had representatives giving me wrong information on a recorded line on the call center. I had a lady who opened my account. make a mistake on my account and then she left or was fired from the company and then if you’re trying to file a dispute, you can forget it because they have a very small dispute team. Quick and efficient shared branch of my credit union. Very convenient and reliable service.
I went in on my lunch break and I told the lady at work I didn't have much time and I was a new customer. I did my application online and I needed to fund my account and get a debit card. After funding my account the computer was acting up for my debit card, but she refused to let anything stop her from helping me. She is very kind, sweet and very persistent. She got me my card and I was out b4 my break was up which was only 30mins with a 10 min drive both ways. Thank you soo much and I'm happy to have joined Carter. Ive hea... read more
