I payed early & updated new card info & then they took another payment & will not return the funds of second payment, also was taken 2 days before payment due date. Very upset!!

This used to be a good bank but it has turned into a shell of what it used to be. The ATMs work. Maybe 30% of the time, tellers are constantly making mistakes with checks, and half of them have a bad attitude. God forbid you have a problem after 5:00 p.m. or on the weekend cuz you won't hear anything until 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning, go down the street to barksdale Federal credit Union to avoid any kind of trouble.
