Friendly helpful staff
Branch manager Christy made my truck buying experience a breeze, she handled everything and answered all my questions. She made purchasing a vehicle out of state seem like there wasn’t anything to it. Very polite and extremely helpful throughout the whole process I highly recommend checking with Carter and Christy for all your banking needs.
My experience at the Carter Federal branch was disappointing. The branch manager did not personally engage with me and instead had another staff member speak with me regarding my account. I felt dismissed, especially when I was told my account was “too new” in response to my concerns about my check. As a customer, I would expect the branch manager to address issues directly, especially when I am present in the branch. The lack of direct communication made me feel undervalued as a customer.
Very friendly and available to help when needed. Great Credit Union!
