I had a good experience, I knew the fees upfront, and it was completed in a timely manner. I'll probably be using them again for 2016 filing.

Been going here for a few years now; they have been very helpful since I have - in my opinion - quite a complicated tax-return. In addition they stay honest which ensures no further IRS audits, for me a very important factor. The filing of our taxes and communication with us has typically been prompt and always pleasant. The fee has been disclosed within the preparation form and is typically mentioned again at the outset of our annual appointment.

If you're 80 years old and looking for a bunch of chatty slow moving accountants to handle your fat stacks of cash then this is probably the place for you. If you want a place that can actually stick to their scheduled times, communicate clearly between office staff, and email you your return without it being a big deal, look somewhere else.
