Steve and Brian at this Carter Rental location came through for me when it counted the most! I was visiting from out of town and after being stood up at the last minute by an extremely unprofessional car rental company, I found myself walking aimlessly down the street and trying to recover my entire weekend's plans of travel I had planned. I got a rental on an SUV (loved it!) at the last minute because my car repair took longer than expected. Not only did they check me in 15 minutes before closing when I forgot items in the car after checkout they stayed until the last minute so I could pick them up at 5:01. Thank you!

Was greeted by two male employees who both clearly did not want to be at work today. They were both rude and didn't seem to want my business. The one gentleman muttered under his breath "well you can tell its Friday". I do not recommend this place and will never go back. Worst customer service experience ever!
