A great experience renting a 16ft cube truck from Carter Car and Truck rentals location on Upper Wellington Avenue in Hamilton. Fantastic customer service from beginning to end provided by Steve Jeffrey. Rented a really nice new, clean and well maintained truck perfect for our move. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Steve and Brian at this Carter Rental location came through for me when it counted the most! I was visiting from out of town and after being stood up at the last minute by an extremely unprofessional car rental company, I found myself walking aimlessly down the street and trying to recover my entire weekend's plans of travel I had planned. Great service, reliable and good value
I got a rental on an SUV (loved it!) at the last minute because my car repair took longer than expected. Not only did they check me in 15 minutes before closing when I forgot items in the car after checkout they stayed until the last minute so I could pick them up at 5:01. Thank you!
