Dealt with Steve excellent servic,clean vehicle,everything explained about the vehicle. My previous experiences with different rental companies made me wary but I definitely recommend this location and will use tem again.

A great experience renting a 16ft cube truck from Carter Car and Truck rentals location on Upper Wellington Avenue in Hamilton. Fantastic customer service from beginning to end provided by Steve Jeffrey. Rented a really nice new, clean and well maintained truck perfect for our move. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Steve and Brian at this Carter Rental location came through for me when it counted the most! I was visiting from out of town and after being stood up at the last minute by an extremely unprofessional car rental company, I found myself walking aimlessly down the street and trying to recover my entire weekend's plans of travel I had planned.
