My husband has been attempting to donate blood for several years at another site with little to no success. At times, he was left bruised with no blood drawn. We decided to make one final attempt at another site and then we went to Addison. The results were great. The staff was amazing. I have been a donor since the 70s but have never donated plasma. Brennen and Ilene ( I hope I got their names right ) were super helpful and the entire process took way less time than I was told. I made an appointment but would have saved even more time if I had done the online questionnaire. I look forward to my next visit.

This was my first time donating blood and I was a bit nervous. The staff was awesome especially Natasha. They were so nice and attentive. Everything was done in great detail. Make sure you read every question on the screening process. Take your time doing it. I want to thank Natasha and her staff for making my first time and easing my nerves go so smoothly. I will donate again In the future. You even receive a gift for your generosity. The true gift Is saving a life.

Had an incredible time donating blood here for the first time at this location and in general. Staff was very professional and they know what they are doing. Clean facility. Shout out to Nicole she made the process so smooth.
