Edit March 9th 2025 : Carter Bank has contacted us regarding my review. I feel bad and certainly don't want anybody to get in trouble. I did not realize there were new employees. The Wire did eventually go through successfully. I guess I was just frustrated that it took so long, but I should have had more understanding. Carter Bank takes their reviews very seriously. I have been banking with Carter Bank & Trust for years. Absolutely the best. No fees of any kind for their checking account. Even the checks are free.
Everyone is so nice and fun to talk down to earth people I have been doing banking here for 30 years very satisfied with the service.
