I have been banking with them 36 years .I wish they would up back up where I live in lakeside or Woodbridge Va.Friendly staff always.I have never had any rude employees there in the 36 years I have been going.
I switched from a local bank in November 2025 and have not been disappointed. I'm so impressed with the Stafford branch customer service that I convinced others to switch over their business accounts. Just wish they had a Woodbridge location.
My grandmother and I have been using this bank since the 80's. Theres a reason we've been bank here so long. Staff is friendly and helpful. You wouldn't ever regret moving your money here
I've been with Carter Bank and Trust for some time now in customer service is great. I just wish they never change Saturday's hours. They got the best customer service of any bank I've been in they're always there to help you. They just gave me ways to make money with the money that I had in their bank. And Brie at the Stafford brand she is the sweetest manager ever met she's top of the line.
