I have always enjoyed banking at Carter/Patriot bank. They have always been professional to me and the staff from Wanda , the manager, to the tellers do an outstanding job. Other than not having an ATM I have no complaints about this branch, staff or the bank in general.
this bank is living in the dark ages it took over a week for my money to go in my saVings account and its still not there yet!! I will NEVER go to this bank again,,and the people at this bank are rude when you walk in and ask about your account.
