It has been really inconvenient since rt 3 is no longer open on the weekends, also one of the main reasons we opened the account here was because carter had hours from 7 am to 7 pm & now they close at 5 & now rt 3 isn't even open on weekends which is a inconvenience to us having to go to another part of town. Considering closing our account.
Everyone is so amazing I have been dealing with them for years and never had a bad moment!!! And if you are having a bad day Everyone lifts you up 😊 great bank great dealing with loans and great in my savings account 😊❤️
I have had an account at Carter Bank for years and have always received excellent customer service..I recently opened another account and everything went perfect. The customer service representative ( Tee ) was excellent. I would definitely recommend Carter Bank.
I have been with Carter Bank and Trust since they were Aquia Bank. They have always and at every branch, treated me like family. I am not just an account with them. They care about me and my family. They ask me how they are. I will never switch banks.
