I have had an account with Carter (and the same bank under its previous name) for nearly my entire life (since the 1980s). I feel more comfortable dealing with a local bank, and they have always had outstanding customer service. We have dealt with this location in particular on a couple of occasions when setting up additional accounts, and they are always very friendly and great to work with.
