I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible staff at my bank. Every time I visit, they greet me with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Even when they are clearly short-staffed and working under pressure, they remain calm and respectful to everyone they help. So lazy they fussed about me turning in all my one dollar bills and I have an account with them! Wanda was horrible even went as far to ask me how and where I got my money! Like it's any of there business...horrible customer services and just ignorant people who work here! Disgusting behavior!
The older ladies at this bank are extremely rude and disrespectful. I cannot express this enough, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I went to cash a check and the lady with blonde hair at the drive through window was rude. She would not help me with what I needed and was very mean about it. Even said thank you after she was being snarky and she just ignored it. Won’t be ever going to this one again. I’ve never had a problem with any other Carter bank very disappointed!!!!!
