If you have any legal needs, whether it be for personal wills or real estate transactions and so much more I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Glen Moore and Lisa Graveline are a pleasure to work with. They have represented us in a few real estate transactions over the years. They are easy to reach by phone and quick to answer any questions. They guided us through the process each time and were well versed and professional. Their reputation and years of experience make them the perfect team to use if you’re buying or selling a home in Darien.
Mark was retained to review an executive employment contract and restricted stock plan document for me. He was extremely timely in reviewing the contract and related documents, explaining the interactions of various clauses, highlighting key material clauses to be aware of and proposing favorable changes to the contract (in redline form). We met twice over 3 days as the contract was negotiated. I would highly recommend Mark's firm for this type of work, both for the quality of work and timeliness of turnaround.
I typically don’t review companies who have not provided a service for me, but there are exceptions to everything. I spoke with Glen Moore and he was incredibly kind and gracious with his time. Their firm doesn’t offer the specific services we need at the moment, but that didn’t stop him from taking the time to speak with me and ultimately point me in the right direction.
