Noooooooooo Dont go here, poor animals are not cared for. no water in some cages. dirty bird cages. and worst of all kittens in aquariums. I bought a bird here and it was sick , I told her and she said it was fine. then it dies a week later. Go to Petco in Grants Pass.
Very dirty place to start. Lady sold me a bird and said oh it’s healthy and a boy, well it was a girl and she died in my hands day before new years from a respiratory health issue been going on for 2 months untreated at store.i called left message no call back so I will be leaving this post up here till I get my money back ! If not soon will be reporting to wildlife and game and B.B.B, human services and other proper pathways . My past experience here was not positive nor welcoming and I've chose not to return. More than that though, I wish for the owner that she does some necessary self reflection & learn some human-centered principles & professionalism. Her cruelty & thin-skin towards any feedback (constructive or not), has left a sour taste in my mouth. She’s constantly starts drama with customers and is insanely disrespectful. She doesn’t clean her animals cages often enough and is only nice when you plan to bye an animal other than that she is insanely rude and constantly has an attitude. Many people get dogs from her and they are already sick and the dogs die often. She blames the customers for the dogs getting sick and refuses to give refunds or any sort of compensation.
