The staff is great the PA the nurse the nutritionist all wonderful special shout out to Erica and Cole.
Fantastic 😀 the facility is clean and everyone that works here is friendly, professional and go out of their way to help me and and answer all questions. The meals are outstanding!!! with a beautiful dining room and respectful service. The office supervisor makes the doctor appointments and use their transportation service to and from. I can't recommend them high enough. Thank you.
Just a little put off. As a spinal therapist going to your facility to work on my friend Teena, I asked for a chair that went up and down. Your nurse said her supervisor said, "it was a liability"! I am stable and I've always been able to borrow a chair in other facilities, hospital's but not in yours Didn't make me happy. I was able to help her, but my posture was somewhat compromised by not having the right chair. Just saying ......
Terrible food, terrible Treatment,no physical therapy, trapped like a rat.. the attendants have no interest in whe they wake you up to and the time...I have been awakened in the middle of the night or morning for emptying a waste basket...I was awakened to at 5:00 am after basically no sleep, to change my bed sheets..these people have run amuck ever since the boss, Laurie went in vacation to and I spoke to her before she left...there are NO DECENT REHAB CENTERS IN THIS AREA AND UVE BEEN TO 3...GARBAGE,...
