I am very grateful for the care my husband is receiving at Sierra Basin Post Acute. However, I am not giving a full five-star rating because my husband has been waiting since his arrival last evening to receive pain management. It is now 5 PM the next day, and he has 10 broken ribs along with bruises all over his body. I believe that Renown Hospital did not forward his pain management information to Sierra Basin, and they have informed us that they cannot provide him with any pain relief until they receive it.
Beautiful spacious and super clean facility The staff was helpful and polite with SMILES THE LADY I VISITED WAS COMFORTABLE AND HAD NOTHING BUT POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY. SHE EVEN LIKED ALL HER MEALS. GOOD JOB
The facility is clean, the employees are all friendly and helpful, and best of all my client is very happy with her care there!
The patient I visited was happy and well cared for.
