Owner lost it and failed to file my taxes despite several desperate reminders ans check intls throughout the month. I was met by reassurances so I trusted despite my better judgement due to being mid move. Gary never filed an extension or my taxes. All the office ladies are great, but putting me in a world of audit troubles and then charging me despite missing the deadline really was the opposite of service. HR block is a much better bet.
I was having a lot of communication issues with my tax/payroll provider as well as my bookkeeper. I knew I needed to make a change so I reached out to Lesley and her team at Carson Tahoe Tax Services She hopped on a call with me right away and was able to take over my taxes, payroll, and bookkeeping. She found a lot of things that needed to be fixed/corrected and did them right away and communicated with me the whole time. I am very glad I switched over and being taken care of the right way!
We where looking for a change found good reviews of them online. We are very happy we did because they where able to help us understand our taxes and went over everything with us. I would highly recommend. Great service knowledge and fair price.
I thought I’ve been doing business with this firm and its predecessor firm, Tahoe Tax Services, for many years. This year when I contacted them to prepare my return I was told that the individuals who had previously handled my account are no longer with them and they have no records of my previous relationship. Linda, the apparently owner of CTTS, and Crystal, her assistant, were both very rude and unsympathetic of my situation and actually hung up on me when I was trying to get to the bottom of what changed.
