This was my first experience with Sierra Basin Memory Care and I was impressed with the communication and everyone's attention to detail. It was easy to see that the staff genuinely cares for their clients.

This place KILLED MY MOM!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYBODY. The staff is lazy and rude. They don’t care about their patients. There was so many times patients would stop me in the hallway to get the nurse and they would never show up! They were not doing routine checks and are VERY neglectful towards their patients. It’s truly sad, the only good person there is a young gentleman named Cole and I wouldn’t recommend the CNA Danielle to ANYBODY as she just sees it as a job and not peoples loved one. 0/10 I wouldn’t... read more

Do not leave your family members here. The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Had heard nothing but good about this facility, placed my mother there and pulled her out on third day! The worst!

I would advise anybody not to put their loved ones in this facility although it looks nice and new, I witnessed some staff members sitting down looking at their phones. You can never reach a staff member on the phone nor do they return your phone calls. My father was left unattended while he collapsed in the bathroom and passed away. HORRIBLE place!
