While the facility itself is attractive and clean I was deeply disappointed with the majority of staff. Please read the reviews under “Indeed” which are written by employees, where one reports they are underpaid and understaffed—that basically sums it up—and it shows. Worst of all someone said they treat the residents poorly. That was our experience. There is a woman acting as “receptionist” during business hours who is very cold and very rude. Unfriendly and hostile and acts as though she is bothered by the incoming calls. ... read more
